Online consultation

Exactly what happens, from your first click to your follow-up.

Most parents booking from abroad want one thing answered before they pay: what actually happens next? Here is the full process — no surprises, no vague promises.

The six steps

Secure intake

You complete a structured clinical form — your child’s history, main concerns, timeline and what you have already tried. It is written to capture what a homeopathic consultation actually needs, so the session itself is spent on understanding rather than paperwork. Confidential and GDPR-aligned.

Upload reports

Laboratory results, pediatric growth charts, prescriptions, hormone panels, endoscopy or biopsy reports, photographs of skin conditions — whatever you have. These are reviewed before your appointment, not during it.

Time-zone scheduling

Your slot is set in your time zone — GMT/BST, EST/CST/PST, GST or Canadian zones — not Pakistan time. Evening and weekend options exist for working parents. You receive a confirmation with the video link.

The consultation

A focused video session with Dr. Shoaib Sabir. Classical case-taking means the questions may feel unusually detailed — sleep, appetite, temperament, reactions, family history. That detail is the method, not small talk. Parents are welcome to have the child present or not, depending on age and comfort.

Prescription & sourcing guidance

You receive an individualized written plan, with clear directions on sourcing remedies from authorized pharmacies in your own country — or arrangements from Pakistan where that is more practical. Dosage, timing and what to expect are written down, not left to memory.

Follow-up

Chronic cases are reviewed on a schedule, not left after one prescription. Follow-up is where the plan is actually adjusted — and it is the part most online consultations skip.

Privacy, payment & medicine logistics

Your privacy

Clinical information you share is used only for your case and is accessible only to the clinical team. Nothing is sold, and health information is never used for advertising.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

Payment

Fees and available slots are confirmed at the time of booking — before anything is charged. International consultations are quoted with guidance in your local currency framing (GBP, USD, AED, CAD).

If you are unsure whether an online consultation suits your case, message the clinic first and ask.

Medicine logistics

Homeopathic remedies are regulated differently in each country. Where reliable pharmacies exist locally — for example in the UK, USA, UAE or Canada — you receive guidance to source there. Where that is not practical, arrangements from Pakistan are discussed openly, including realistic timelines.

Nothing about your case is shared with anyone outside the clinical team without your consent.

Questions parents ask before booking

Is an online consultation as useful as visiting the clinic?

For most chronic conditions, yes. Classical case-taking works well by video, and your reports are reviewed in advance. Where a physical examination genuinely matters, you will be told that plainly and advised to be seen in person — with us or with your own doctor.

Does my child need to be on the call?

Often helpful, but not always necessary — especially for very young children or where observation of behaviour is better described by you. It can be discussed when booking.

Should we stop our current medicines?

No. Do not stop or change any prescribed medication because of a homeopathic consultation. This care is supportive and complementary; any change to conventional treatment is a decision for your treating physician.

How long before we know if it is helping?

Chronic cases are judged over months, not days, which is exactly why follow-up is built into the process. Anyone promising a fixed timeline for a chronic condition is guessing.

What if my case is not suitable?

You will be told. Some presentations need urgent or conventional medical assessment first — saying so is part of responsible practice.

Which conditions are seen most often?

Celiac and pediatric digestive health, autism, ADHD and speech delay, child growth concerns, eczema and psoriasis, PCOS, thyroid disorders, IBS and allergic rhinitis. See the full clinical focus →
