Before your request is confirmed
You may cancel a request at any time before it is confirmed by informing us on WhatsApp. No fee applies. If you have already paid, the refund rules below apply.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds (paid consultations)
For consultations paid in advance, including international consultations charged in USD, the time remaining before the confirmed appointment decides your options:
- More than 24 hours before: a full refund, or a move to another available slot, as you prefer.
- Between 6 and 24 hours before: one free reschedule to another available slot. The fee is not refunded.
- Less than 6 hours before, or if you do not attend: the fee is not refundable. Please still message us on WhatsApp; we will do our best to help.
If the doctor has to cancel
If we cancel or cannot attend an appointment, you can choose a full refund or a new time at your convenience.
How refunds are made
Refunds are sent to the original payment method after we confirm your request on WhatsApp. Your bank or payment provider may take several days to show them. Payment provider fees, if any, are not deducted from refunds that are due to a doctor cancellation.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference as early as possible. Times are counted from the confirmed appointment time shown on your booking.
