Rescheduling
If you need to change your preferred date or time, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible. We will do our best to offer the next available slot at no extra charge.
Cancellations
You may cancel a request any time before it is confirmed by simply informing us on WhatsApp. If a request has already been confirmed and paid for, please contact us as early as possible so we can advise on your options.
Missed appointments
If you are unable to attend a confirmed appointment and do not inform us in advance, the consultation fee already paid may not be refundable. We recommend contacting us on WhatsApp as soon as you know you cannot attend.

How booking works
- Share an initial case history on WhatsApp.
- The consultation fee (from PKR 2,000 in Pakistan) and any medicine cost are then confirmed on WhatsApp — they are not fixed in advance.
- Choose a slot on the booking page; you will see the time in Pakistan time and in your local time.
Medicine is dispensed in Pakistan and delivered anywhere inside Pakistan to a person you nominate, who can carry it to you abroad. It is not couriered internationally.
