Online consultations run Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Pakistan time (PKT, UTC+5, no clock change), in half-hour slots. In UK time that is:

There are no evening slots: the day ends at 2:00 PM in winter and 3:00 PM in summer. Early morning, mid-morning and lunchtime are the workable windows. Sunday is not an online day.

Remedies are dispensed in Pakistan and handed to a person you nominate, such as a relative, who brings them to you in the UK. We do not post or courier medicines abroad. If you have no one who can carry them, please ask us on WhatsApp before booking.
