Online consultations run Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Pakistan time (PKT, UTC+5, no clock change), in half-hour slots. Pakistan is 9 to 13 hours ahead of the US depending on your zone and the season, so our working day falls in your night and early morning. In US time:
Winter (EST): 12:00 AM–9:00 AM. Summer (EDT): 1:00 AM–10:00 AM.
Winter (CST): 11:00 PM–8:00 AM. Summer (CDT): 12:00 AM–9:00 AM.

Where a window starts at night, that start falls on the evening before the Pakistan date, because slots follow the Pakistan calendar. In practice the workable times are early morning in the East (roughly 6:00–9:00 AM) and late evening in the West (from 9:00 PM Pacific in winter, 10:00 PM in summer).
